Salon Rules

In-House Rules:

Please sit in the waiting area.  Do not sit in styling chairs, shampoo chairs, or dryer chairs unless you are being serviced. Please clean all spills and food.

Children and Additional Guest:

​We know that you love everyone, and we would love to see the smiling faces of your family and friends; however, with space being limited, we ask that you do not bring extra guests, family and friends that are not being serviced. With the limited seating we would like to keep space available for those having services rendered. (If you have to bring your child, please make sure you have the necessary items to keep them seated and occupied while you are being serviced.) 

Late Policy:

​To be respectful of our other clients, and the staff, please be courteous and call promptly if you are unable to arrive on time for your appointment. There is a grace period for you as well as me of 15 minutes. If you are unable to keep the appointment. That time can then be reallocated to a client who is in need. Any appointment in which you arrive more than 15 minutes late for, without calling, texting, communicating, is considered late and will be charged a $15 inconvenience fee. If you are 30+ minutes late you may be asked to reschedule and will be considered a same day cancellation and you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service before you can schedule another service.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments:

If you would like to reschedule or cancel an appointment, be sure to do so within 24 hours of that scheduled appointment time or please be prepared to pay an inconvenience fee (50% of the scheduled service fee). We do understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. We ask that you communicate with the stylist as soon as possible in this case.
